Design features:

Power end: The shell is a welded steel plate structure, which eliminates internal stress after welding.

The power end transmission gear is an involute tooth shape, with smooth operation, high efficiency, and long service life. The crankshaft is a hollow integral casting. The lubrication method for the power end is splash lubrication.

Hydraulic end: The suction and discharge flanges comply with ASA and API specifications.

The piston rod and intermediate rod are connected by clamps, which can achieve quick assembly and disassembly. The bottom of the valve mounting hole is equipped with steps to prevent the valve seat from sinking. The piston and cylinder liner are cooled and lubricated by an independent spray pump device, providing a long service life.

Vulnerable parts have strong universality.
